An Unspoken Language is the culmination of more than a decade of photographic portraiture, research, and exhibitions. In collaboration with editor Bartholomew Ryan and designer Justin Allen of Make Do Books, we developed a book that reflects the depth and evolution of this work. Essays by AK Garski and Bartholomew Ryan provide additional perspectives on my artistic practice, including responses to the exhibition Body//Weight, at the Minneapolis Institute of Art in the U.S. Bank Gallery as part of the MAEP Program.
